How to transfer videos from my cell phone to my computer?

I have an LG Shine with AT&T and i would really like to transfer some videos from my Shine to my Dell Computer. When i try sending the video to my email address through texting it says “Attachment Size Exceeding 594 KB” is there any other way to get these videos on the computer?
